Please note – It is your responsibility to inspect for damages BEFORE signing the delivery receipt. Please look for torn shrink wrap, carton damage, etc. All visible damages must be noted on the Proof of Delivery, or carrier will not issue credit. Per carrier policy, photos of damage are also required, and damaged cartons must be retained for carrier inspection.
Company paying freight is responsible for filing claim with carrier.
Please report visible damages/shortages to RSPP within 10 days of receipt by contacting your Customer Service Rep listed above.
Please note that if your order qualifies for free shipping, accessorial charges such as liftgate and inside delivery are not included with this offer. You will be billed separately for any accessorial charges added by the carrier at the time of delivery.
Please contact your Customer Service Rep prior to shipping a return. Returns must be received in saleable condition. Please return in original packaging to minimize damage during transit. All returns are subject to 25% restocking fee.
